Hmmm is it real or photoshopped, as a couple of things seam wrong.
It would be far to wide for normal roads, no headlights in the direction of travel.

Not convinced.

Ah yes the famous Mercedes Benz Crab, a very rare car indeed  they only made 1 as they couldn't get them off the production line.

was great at getting into small parking spaces though.

 The headlights might not be in the direction of travel, but it will light up the roadside just right, me thinks  ;D ;D ;D
