Wanted...screw in aerial
« on: 06 November 2012, 12:32:35 »

Hi all

I require the aerial that screws into the housing on a 2.5 V6 Elite Estate.
Although the housing on some Estates differ in angle, the aerial screw on part is the same :y

Hope someone can help :y

I don't know...its not there ;D ;D ;D ;D
I'll try to see if I can find on old pic, mate. I have just taken the one from my 2.6 which I suppose you call the twisty one and it screws into the 2.5 :y
Oh...as an afterthought, there is a load of wiring and some sort of housing all tucked up behind the glovebox...Mobile phone ?????? Don't know it that determines the aerial

Bear with me :y

These are the two housings....so I don't know if that designates the aerial, but to be honest, as long as the radio works, who cares. :y
I'll have a look in the oxford pics to see Ian got a pic of the missing one

Looking at the pics I can find, I am sure its the same aerial that is on the gold 2.6 mate.

As they say in the song...'you don't know what you got till its gone' ;D

Tony.

PS....I assume you have the small stubby one.
