Only way is genuine...ignore ebay cheapies a complete waste of time i.m.o. :y
Don't forget Vaux don't make polllen filters, they just buy in from other manufacturers.  Do you only buy 'Vaux' oil filters?

I can't fault the pollen filter I got off ebay, definitely carbon, fitted well, didn't flop in the middle.   But anyway there's not a lot to go wrong with a pollen filter (unless you microwave it)  and not a lot of damage it could cause (unless you microwave it) .

I followed the ebay link and ordered - at that price its worth a punt!

I shall let you know how it compares to the current VX one once fitted. I imagine VX don't make them anyway and they all come from the same factory in China.

Can't resist but to ask...

At what point did you decide to microwave a pollen filter, and why... :o
