Rear Towing Eye cover F/L Omega

Hi Guys,

Had some tw@ smack my rear bumper its cracked the paint and but all of the towing eye cover metal has anyone got one for a F/L?

Isnt there a metal retaining bracket thing on the rear of it ?  :-\
