Let us know what you think of the quality when it arrives.

My 2.6 gives off a faint wiff of antifreeze when it gets properly hot and some of the fins have fallen off the bottom of the radiator. I am reluctant to pay £200+ for a genuine radiator until I absolutely can't ignore it any longer (but at that price it makes sense to fit a new radiator before it lets go :y)

Thats what happened to my condenser but never heard of it happening to the main cooling rad  :-\

new radiator arrived today :) 2 things that are different to the original are there are 2 extra ports on the opposite side from cooling fan switch ,which according to there description are   ( In some cases the manufacturers now supply one radiator to suit both the manual and automatic versions of the vehicle. If your vehicle is manual then it may be that the new radiator comes with 2 extra brass ports/pipes that are not on your old radiator. Please ignore these ports, they do not need removed or touched in anyway, they are blanked internally and only come into use when an automatic vehicles oil cooler pipes are connected to them.)  my car is auto but my pipes run seperate and will not connect to those ports which brings in the 2nd difference there is no bracket to connect the oil cooler pipes for the auto box to connect to the radiator. So it my intention to fit it tomorrow and hope it wont leak through the extra ports.

will update tomorrow  :y

It won't leak... The ATF Cooler is enclosed within the Rad and water tight... I have the same on mine ;) :y

.... and hope it wont leak through the extra ports.
 ......

If it leaked it would mean that an Omega without a separate ATF cooler would mix coolant & ATF inside the radiator ....... which obviously they don't. As LD says above, it won't leak.  :y
