would a late vectra c or corsa d radio fit into a facelift omega they look the same shape.

Four digit models CDRxxxx are interchangeable, although there is some colour variation between them, but two digit models CDxx cannot be used

Nope, both are CAN based, the early Vectra C and Corsa C would
