I had a 'room' in Fulham in 1991. One single bed, one fridge, a TV, a microwave and a wardrobe. £95 a week. Shared bathroom and kitchen which were...erm....yuk. God knows what that would cost now.


£380 a month....in 1991:o :o :o

So you were 'minted' even way back then. ;)

Of course I was. That's why I was living in one room. I had to be at work for 7 and sometimes didn't leave till midnight so I needed to be close to avoid lateness/night buses.
