Central Locking question
« on: 03 May 2013, 10:28:44 »

Hi all
On our Corsa C when you press the remote once only the drivers door unlocks, press it again and the other 3 doors unlock, on my Omega when you unlock the car all doors unlock, is there a setting that can be changed so that the system behaves the same as the Corsa by chance?

Thanks

it's called Anti-Jacking-its so no one can suddenly get in other doors and steal stuff-yes it does happen ;)

Thanks both for the replies, I was hoping it would be a Tech 2 setting, it would have been a nice feature to save the lock solenoids unlocking and locking doors needlessly. Got two on mine on their last legs which got me thinking.

Yep its a standard feature on newer cars now, together with all doors autolocking on setting off.
