Photobucket only gives this option that will fit the avatar 100x75 which looks small. Any other image hosting website that will get 110x110 ?

My avatar (like it or not), which I've had from day one has the following "critical" attributes :-

Size : 9.36 kB (9,582 bytes)
Dimensions : 63px × 110px

OOF guidelines for avatars -
