Well after removing the air filter, cleaning the breather pipes my 2.0 CDX is still putting out blue smoke when hot, so it now appears as if it is my first fear of worn rings/engine wear, I have sourced another 2.0 engine which I am picking up tomorrow evening, does anybody know how difficult removing and fitting the new engine will be ?, and would it be easier to remove with the auto gearbox still attached to the engine ?, if anyone has done this job before I would really appreciate any advice..

Many thanks

Terry

not too bad on a 2.0 to do engine swap, unbolt torque converter first from drive plate and leave it attached to the gearbox, post in omega help section as you will get better response there :y

And welcome :y :y
