Had to reset mine a couple of times as the EPG wouldn't work, then had to reset because it wouldn't let me change channels. This weekends reset lost all the series linked record items I had saved, and the search option on the EPG, cant get that to work no matter what I do.  :-\

I'm glad my 3Tb Media Center doesn't need resets. And if it did, it wouldn't lose anything :P

Neither does my Humax, tho the only annoying thing about it is, if you do search for channels (ie when it asks to when channels have appeared or been moved or deleted) it forgets all future recordings and you have to set the recordings again.
But tbh i dont rescan the channels very often. the last time i did was when they moved the 4 HD channels from 50/51/etc (i think) to 100/101/etc which was ages ago.

Think I put the wrong comment earlier, I have only ever powered the box down and restarted it (I call that a reset - sorry if I mislead anyone)  ::)
