Fault Codes

Hi I have the control indicator for engine electronics light come on and stay on, on the dashboard, I have done the paper clip test and have got to faults

59   Intake Manifold Valve 1 Voltage Low, what does this mean and how can it be fixed.

31   No Engine RPM Signal, and did this one come up cause the engine wasn't running

59 Multi ram on plenum not plugged in or wiring fault.

31 Yes.

Can't see either if those causing the eml to come on tbh.

Sorry, engine electrics light? Charging issue usually. Possibly alternator.
