and no pepper on food..

I know English isn't your first language, but what is that all about? Metformin is a treatment for diabetes, not a laxative to empty your bowels with! Pepper has nothing to do with diabetes! And if you tell a diabetic to eat as little as possible, you are possibly setting them up for a disaster called hypoglycaemia which by the way is often fatal.

D, its got nothing to do with language.. and probably you missed the diabet thread.. so dont jump in conclusions without knowing whats behind..

and by the way a lot of OOFers is suffering from the same problem like I do.. and we know what we are talking about.. so no worries..

And do you really think I dont know this   I have lost a relative just because of that reason and I have warned the thread owner in another thread..  for your information..

Doctors are giving high doses of unnecessary drugs daily all around the world..  and they killed my mother.. so dont get me started
