with kitchen appliances out of action for a day or so I was requested to go get fish and chips last night.

WTF - £4.60 for a piece of haddock, £2.40 for chips - what is going on?

i wont order a fish from ours ever again, had 3 from there on seperate days and all full of bones

Fish sounds about right for price, but chips are nearly doulble what ours charge

you still can, but you wont be paying anywhere near £4.60 for fish, last time i looked it was somet like £8 for fish and chip

The weatherby whaler is a fine establishment for fish and chips in Wakefield. You'd be hard pushed to eat the 'whaler' as well, it's bleeding massive. I think that's about £8, just for the fish. I shall look on Friday when I go.
