Mine is a mini-facelift 1999 T-reg, and as W comes after T, I'd say there's a good chance that it would be a mini-facelift.  But there's people here who genuinely know about these things - I'm only applying logic. :)

just i seen a mv6 on fleabay an its a mini facelift but on a w,mines a facelift on a w.

Prefacelift MY94 to MY97
minifacelift MY98 and MY99
Facelift MY00 to MY03

Generally, new MY comes out in the previous autumn, though a dealer as well as Vauxhall may have older stock unregistered...
