Well that was interesting...

Apparently that run is 'difficult to handle' and 'I might wish to think carefully before stirring up a hornets nest'

Woman I spoke to at the bus company was very defensive...

ok I bet she was from HR and didn't want to do anything.  Try a different tack - you witnessed a driver touching someone inappropriately.  you reported it to the bus company and they did nothing.  suggest you now go to the police and report what you saw.  Let the police deal with mrs HR "I cannot be bothered"

Wonder what her responce would have been had you said "well in that case then I will forward the video on my camera phone to the police and let them decide what action to take"

Would guess 12-14 :-\

The school in question is a secondary girls school...

Spoken to the school...

They're looking into it as not the first time they have had issues with that company.
