Mine was a direct line to Tool-Master for some unknown reason.    I think that's what it said anyway, my hearing ain't too good. 
When I pressed mine, it just said "your subscription to Tool-Master has expired" and then read out some random number to dial and said I owed them £24. I never pressed it again after that in case it kept taking £24.
