« on: 28 June 2014, 13:31:04 »

Who do I approach when a company  (Eurocarparts) refuses to abide by distance selling regulations?

Thanks, Andy. Most interesting. :y

I imagine that the wheels at trading standards turn very slowly indeed.

I've always found them very good. Very often just trading standards contacting the company is enough for them to resolve the matter. :y :y :y

When I made a complaint on the first weekday after an argument with the manager at a B&Q store over a confusing pricing issue, they visited the store on the day of my complaint, agreed with me and made them change it there and then. :y :y :y
