Has anybody got any of the saloon spare wheel cover clips.

I'm interested, too! I replaced the space=saver spare with a proper one, matching alloy as well and popped those clips into oblivion trying to fit the cover over the larger spare....

Sounds like worthwhile upgrade

A tip given to me by an aircraft upholsterer who spends his life refurbishing aircraft interiors is not to rely on the glue but to use pop rivets as well (he also gave me a roll of 2" wide Velcro which was nice)

Just to be clear on this approach...

1. The rivets are used to retain the velcro, as even industrial glue fails eventually.
2. whils it works well for aircraft seats, be careful what you're drilling into/through.
3. aim to space the rivets on for every three inches of velcro.
