Headlight Switch Removal
« on: 03 December 2014, 22:46:49 »

Can anyone asdvise on how to remove the rotary headlight switch asst which I need to replace.
I have seen a picture of the new switch asst and it looks like it is held in with 2 spring lugs,1 each side if the unit.
Was thinking maybe a thin flat bladed knife could be pushed down each side to compress the spring lugs!
Any advice gratefully received.

Your on the correct track  :y

2 x old credit cards works well and won't damage anything.

Thanks Andy, great tip. I have broken several putting blades down the sides.
