The current monkies have no money because the previous monkies spent it all.

Voting in new monkies or previous monkies will achieve very little, retaining the current monkies does at least keep any momentum going...  :-\
The last financial crisis was caused by american mortgage companies selling packaged bundles of worthless securities. Banks around the world bought them.
Poor regulation was endemic around the world, not just here.

The conservatives would have done exactly the same, but that doesn't sound as good, does it?

197 is a cracker. Must be a hardened drinker or he'd be dead.

Of course Andy, can't be everywhere. In between them & 2 serious RTC's one whom isn't very well at all, several burgs, thefts of cars,  fights in the T/centre. Didn't stop all night from the moment I left the nick at 22:30 til I got back in at 07:20 (should have finished at 07:00). Tried to have 2 brews, forget it!!! and food..........no chance!

......and that is the best the public can expect if the proposed government cuts go ahead over the next 5 years!

The police are already stretched with never enough patrols out to deal with all that transpires "on the streets", so post cuts...........well, I just do not know how it will be but it will leave most law abiding folk feeling very vulnerable.

Reduced crime figures?  No, more like crime going undetected due to a lack of officers!

So bear this in mind when voting next year! :-X
Like it makes a difference who gets in.

Then let's make it have a difference. The public should really start to wake up and smell the coffee on this one! :o
Good grief, I admire your spirit, but no money means no money and there's an end to it.

If we spent the money we collected off the British tax payer on the British people, we would have plenty of money to go around  ;)
Please note that I didn't mention the EU, Immigrants, Foreign aid, The Daily Mail or UKIP in any of that before the forum fascists come and get me  :D :D

I have also spoke to 2 coppers in the last month. 1 who I have known for years who are desperate to get out due to the amount of bullshit they have to put up with and the amount of hours they put in without pay or thanks  :(

I don't understand why anyone going out for drinks doesn't use a cab to get home. Ok so if you don't want to spend on a cab going out, take your car, leave it and then get a mate to give you a lift later the next day to go and get it.
Im going out tomorrow night for a pre chrimbo drink/curry with a few neighbours.....its local where we are going so will probably walk....but if it wasn't....and it was a £10 cab fare say....four of you in the cab that's £3 each!! Loose change!! But even if your on your own....£10-£15 sounds like a good deal against risking losing your licence for at least a year!!

unless the taxi driver is a rapist!

Utterly pointless post imo  >:(

So you dont send your kids to school, just in case one the teachers is a kiddy fiddler !!

Rapists are in all sort of professions....but clearly you don't grasp that simple logic.... ::)
I suggest you get a life....im the nicest possible way of course  ;)

Enough said I think..
Quite... there's enough stupid shit in the world without retarded comments like that.

Just watching Road Wars (The best of) and they had one punter that blew 171 on the proper intoximeter and he was walking and talking perfectly. I like a drink and I know I can handle it when I do go for it, but that amount would put me on my arse without any shadow of a doubt (not that I have to worry about how much I drink until next October at the very least).

I'd rather see them in the local park stopping the blatant drug dealing going on in the kids play area than stood 30 yards away hiding behind a bush pointing an LTI-2020 at passing motorists (especially as there hasn't been a reported accident on the road in question in the 11 years we have lived here).
