« on: 15 December 2014, 22:02:05 »

hi all im new to the site
i have a 2003 omega 2.2 16v auto, and our lass has a 2007 vectra cdti sri
i was given the omega by my grandparents who have had it since new,and after owning almost every make of car she has proven to be the most reliable yet passing her last mot with no advisorys (this is a first for me) lol
im looking for any advice on how i can improve the exterior styling nothing ott i prefer a more subtle approach with big alloys and slightly lower suspension, what is the biggest she will take under the arches without any modifications? she has 16" alloys at the moment but they look lost in the arches.
cheers

Biggest the Omega had was 17" as standard, but I have seen VXR 19s in there - no idea if this caused rubbing on full lock, or not, though.

If you get a set of bigger wheels give us a shout, I'm always after some wheels!  :y

Welcome to the forum. You've got a fine car  :)

Best ones for the Omega are 18" Irmscher Sportstars :y
Trouble is their now  quite rare
As already said 17" Omega Elite wheels look rather well
I have a spare set which came off Migsy which I replaced with my Sportstars
Trouble is they need a refurb
Oh and welcome to the Forum :y

Hi, Welcome to the OOF.  :y

Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.
