In the car park at Aldi in Witham today. A lovely looking facelift saloon with full irmscher bodykit, wheels and exhaust on a private plate. Driven by a female.
It was a very nice blue colour. Same colour as Bob Dent / Jimbobs big blue, it my memory serves.
A rare thing to see these days. 

Edit. Just did an MOT check. 1/12/2022 47,861 miles. No advisories !
Has covered less than 1000 miles in the last 10 years !

Given the location I wonder if the car might be connected to James Waddington.
Perhaps Keith ABS might know.

Didn't clock the wheels, but it had a boot spoiler which made me think Elite. Maybe it was an MV6.

Mine didn't have a spoiler... and, as of yesterday, has been sorn for two years.

Dark green pre/ mini facelift at Tollgate Colchester this afternoon. I had to look twice to make sure it was what I thought it was.
Havent seen one that old on the road for a long time.

About 1300 today, a nice shiny black facelift saloon followed me into Taunton from Corfe and onto the M5 where I gave him the slip. 

Think it had a private plate beginning with K from what I could make out through the mirror.
