If there are any scuttle clips that would be great, I keep losing them when I have it off!  :y

Don't bother with the calipers, I ordered a matching pair complete with vented discs and pads last night :)

Thanks anyway :)

Just remebered, I could do with full scuttle plastics trim pieces.....

can you whip out a brake bleed nipple, measure the overall length and post it on oof?  then I can pre order shiny new ones  - will save me bleeding twice.  i assume the front and rear are at least the same length.

Sorry but the scrappy has this unique special way of using the forklift to lift the cars - thus warping and basically making totally unsaleable any doors - if I'm lucky and it's managed to only be in a few days, then I might be able to get a door, but that's all I can do, I'm afraid, just keep checking. At least if its Star Silver you#'re after there's more than a couple of Omegas out there in that colour, so fingers crossed for you  :y

Not managed to get any bits as yet, chaps, got three posters to design in my spare time this weekend, plus actually finish the O/S suspension, then turn her round, and disassemble, and rebuild/repaint the N/S Suspension, also fit in a Birthday meal for the sister, so time is a bit non-existent this weekend, sadly, but next week, possibly one dinnertime, hopefully.  :)

Also apologies, I'll try and remember to measure mine for you - they're off the car in a vending machine plastic cup at the mo, so a fair bit easier than having to take one out of the car, just to measure :D

thanks although halfords probably only sell one there are several different lengths - (head size in brackets):

M8 1.25  24.5mm (8mm), 32.5mm (9mm) , 34.7mm (8mm), 35.5mm (9mm), 41.5mm (9mm), 49mm (9mm),

M8 1.0  28mm (8mm), 32mm (8mm), 33.5mm (9mm), 38mm (8mm)

the chances of the halfords ones being the same length as mig originals are pretty close to nil i expect

Length is almost irrelevant  :y

Obviously shorter than the originals won't work. Ever. But longer is fine, but be sure to coat the exposed thread with summat suitable :y
