2.6 Cleaning the crankcase breathers question
« on: 17 May 2015, 12:29:59 »

Is it possible to clean the crankcase breathers on a 2.6 2002 without taking the plenum off?

Thanks

The throttle body needs to come off, and that will be a bitch without removing plenum. Also getting the 2 rubber pipes off going to breather box will be easier with plenum removed.

I'll take the plenum off then and get some new seals.  :y

Thanks for your advice.  :y

Shouldn't need any seals.

Unless there's some buggered already..? The D shaped one in the Eco tech plastic bit to plenum is nla anyway.

That's a bit of good news then. I'll check them all just in case.

Thanks Chris.  :y
