Is it possible to pressure test the brand new concentric slave cylinder for leaks before re-fitting the manual gearbox and how would I do it?

I've never done one before and don't want it leaking fluid all over the new clutch.

Thanks

If it's brand new, why would you think it might leak?  :-\

Not the cylinder but my joints that connect the cylinder?
