They are technically a five seater, but the actual rear seat is a 41/18/41% split, with the outer two seats being effectively separate fully adjustable seats, rendering the centre portion irrelevant ;)

Are you STEMO in disguise? :D

The four seat Vectra will go first ;)

I love Migs, but the V6 Turbo Signum is a belter.

And no!  I do not drive a piece of shit Astra in a very unpopular colour.  ;D

Has the old boy turned to the beckoning bosom of the Astra forum?

A fooking uncomfortable one. :-\

The rear seat arrangement in the Signum is a real 'dogs dinner'........I'm amazed it was signed off by Vauxhall as fit for purpose.

....and relatively rare. I don't think they were produced in large numbers.

I'm guessing there is one 2.8 for every twenty 1.9 derv drinkers.

I've received a PM asking what I'd accept for this fine automobile. :y I'd rather not say but I'm open to sensible offers.

Further information.

Current mileage 94,000.

Oil cooler changed by Marks DTM September 2011....................only 17000 miles ago.

Air filter changed ......86003. November 2013.

Cooling system flushed............ 87659 miles June 2014............... 4.5 litres of GM red used for 50% mix.

Cambelt changed...14th July 2011.  (so four years is up) :-\........only 18000 miles ago though. :y

Water pump changed at the same time. Genuine VX part.

New Exide 71 AH battery fitted August 2014. Still with 3 years of warranty remaining.

Oil/filter ... front discs/pads/sensor wire......fuel filter...brake fluid all changed March 2015 at 92645 miles.

I should add that I haven't put a price because this is clearly not a FOR SALE thread. ::) ::)

You'll regret selling it. Whilst the Signum is a capable car, it's quite bland beside the Omega, especially inside. Also when your Signum is having the arches replaced, the Omega will stand a much better chance of still being solid.

I'm fortunate to be in financial position where it is not imperative that I sell.

A decent offer and she (The MV6) may find a new home.....otherwise she stays. :y

Room and storage is not an issue. :)

Yep.....and devoid of a V6 exhaust note that should make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

It's functional. A derv version would be even more dull.

She also has after market rear parking sensors. The first owner was a girlie so I'm guessing they were fitted to save her new car from those 'little accidents' that the ladies are so fond of.

Bless her cotton socks. :-* :-* :-* :)

Oil and filter changed every 3000 miles in my ownership.
