With all this rain around the water boards in the South East of England had better not start suggesting we are short of water and rationing is to start!  You never know with those over paid, inefficient, short sighted, so-called, "managers", merchant bankers of our water system!  ;D ;)

Yep - never figured that one out.  You can have less of it, but we're charging you more.  Sounds like Petrol at the moment..

I reckon Ireland, in the absence of Northern to Southern England "water grid" pipes  should start exporting water to the South of England like it does Guinness!  A pipe across the Irish Sea is all it would take!  ;)  Indeed to help pay for it there could be two pipes in one; water AND Guinness could be pumped across at the same time! ;D ;)   Anyone interested in contributing to this project? ;D ;)

Was in Farnborough today (doing my wishbones, as you do). It was raining - sweatshirt on, sunny - sweatshirt off, raining - sweatshirt on.....

Have to say that there was nothing up in the sky but blue sky and black clouds. Most unusual the Saturday before airshow week - peraps we should ask the Beeb if that is also due to global warming :)
