You can't say that on here, Mark! You can't say that it's practical, reliable, cheap to buy and cheap to run. It does everything a family-transporter cum load-lugger is supposed to do and is the most popular and best selling of this type of vehicle. Parts are readily available and reasonably priced.

No...you can't say that because someone will have had a problem with theirs and, therefore, every other one must suffer from the same problem. People will have probably read, on the Internet, just how horrible they are. They don't feel at all like one costing ten grand more...oh no.

It's the same with Renaults....nay....all French cars. Shite, the lot of them.

Ive been looking at thems aswells  ;D

RENAULT MEGANE SCENIC

 :o :o :o

Mate had one of them and the electronic handbrake failed the MOT, several indy garages wouldn't touch it with a barge-pole & Renault wanted over £1000 to repair it.

He asked me to have a look at it and once I'd dis-assembled it it was quite clear that it had seized due to build up of crap over the years and poor design. 45mins of a strip down & 1/2 a can of WD40 to get things moving again and it was as right as rain.
