HeadLight Aim Adjustment.

I need abit of guidance before I start on the adjustment of the beam direction/aim.

Is it the outer screw fitting...nearest the wing... that moves the up/down position or the 2nd

Its the inner ones for up/down, and from memory its anticlockwise to go up.
