Is it in the mould of the Zafira GSi? (It looks it, there's clearly an added bodykit to it) a bit lowered, sportier seats, maybe?

Well, before anyone moans/takes the mick... he's bought a GSi, so nerr!! Not that different from an MV6 or an SRi / VXR  :y Think of it as an RX8 estate with a third row of seats  :)

Well, they're both Mazdas ;D  But it's a Mazda 6 estate with a high roof and more seats. Nice car

haha, yes, I of course wasn't being particularly serious when I said a RX8 estate  ;) But assumed it was a stretched floorpan of a 3 or a 6 or similar, much like the Astra/Zafira.

Was you (EMD) looking at the Zafira Mk 1 or 2 when you didn't get on with the interior? Can sympathise with you on the Mk 1, looks like a bit of a rush job, but find the Mk 2 a very clean, nice place to be.

Ford somehow managed to use the same dyno when they 'measured' the 2.8i V6 at 160hp. Although the 138hp of a late 3.0l is best considered as optimistic.

Alternatively, they just made up a cool number that was vaguely plausible.

I believe that DIN figures were more realistic than the SAE figures.

The yanks used to quote GROSS figures for power and torque.
