I have a big problem.
Cuts bushings the car.
every 4-5 months a couple wants  !!!!!!!
We are talking about something like these:

I changed 5-6  couples and a couple of Opel.

I am desperate ...

Well, could be one of many things if your going through them that quick.  When you have replaced them are they being replaced correctly?
Did it only start after the first replacement?, are you banging up and down kirbs all the time?

yes .
the last time after she cut of Opel, and I decided to change myself.
in order to exclude the possibility to do something wrong the engineer.

Your others  have the same problem;

They have to be fitted in a very particular way. If you don't align them correctly and don't tighten the bolts correctly then they will fail very quickly indeed.

Best thing would be to replace them with Powerflex poly bushes... It is impossible to fit these wrongly.

As well as being easier to fit, more durable and not needing to be torqued with the car's weight on them, the polyurethane bushes recommended are also resistant to oil. There really are no downsides!


But it sounds like you are fixing the symptom rather than the cause: your oil leak. Is it really the sump? It could just easily be the cranks oil seal, oil pressure switch, or even the cam covers

The polyurethane bushes do not have or need a metal perimeter, because they work differently. The plastic bush revolves around the central metal tube that is clamped in place by the bolt - the stock ones rely on the holes in the bush for the movement, and this is what makes them fail quickly when fitted incorrectly.


Fitting poly bushes is simple: push each half of the new bush in place, and the slip the metal tube through the middle - these operations are done by hand. Bolt the wishbone back in place.  The worst part of the job is removing the old bush.
