2.5TD Saloon F/L... N/S/R footwell is soaked! Proper puddle going on! Where could the water be coming from?

Blocked scuttle drain, water ingress through the firewall and running back to the middle of the car.

Compromised Heater Matrix, water taking the same path.

Dodgy door seal, or rear window not closed fully.
