Still struggling with dropbox
« on: 07 February 2016, 10:59:58 »

Recently I sought help with dropbox, helpful replies ensued, but I still failed to master it. I recall in the past members have amended my dropbox postings so that they worked. Here is my recent pic of my cheap luxury car. Would someone please amend it so that it displays properly.

Terry, when you paste the link into the insert photo pop-up thingy you need to change the last digits from dl=0 to dl=1
I struggled with this, but some sterling work by Entwood came up with this procedure which works perfectly - thanks Nigel!

Progress, I used the image, not the hyperlink icon. However, I used a non-reduced image, silly me. Will try again.

Last image was 50% reduced, but still too big. Is there another trick to fit the image to the screen?

By the way, that last pic of the estate screenwash pump demonstrates how the same pump can wash either front or rear screen, with only 2 wires to it - it obviously turns in a different direction depending on polarity of input voltage.
