Mine gets a change of oil and filters every 5k, same as the Omega. Its covered 222,000 miles and feels like it will easily do that again.
Just common sense really, like any old car. Some people will buy them and think "bullet proof" means never having to lift the bonnet from one year to the next, and then get a shock when something goes wrong.
Main problem with mine was that I had to change all 4 calipers when I only wanted to renew the brake fluid. All four bleed nipples wrung off at the first application of pressure from a spanner.
Mine had obviously been neglected by the previous owner, but it didn't take a lot to get it in fine mechanical fettle again.
They are so simple compared to anything more modern, so its easier to do than, say an Omega for example.
Its pearl grey, but has a few areas of primer and a couple of repainted panels which arent a perfect match, so its nickname is , 50 shades of grey.
