Radio Safe - 2013 HU
« on: 14 February 2016, 16:33:13 »

Flashes up and Bleeps at me, is this what I think it is, some sort of de pair issue.

Its all working fine in Main, BC etc, but comes up in Tuner, CD and EQ /Fader mode, 2013 + CID.

Is this a Tech II chat needed or can I do some trickery my end, and do I need the Code, which I don't have.

Was it paired before?

If so, sounds like the front board of the NCDC has lost its NV config.  Saw a spate of that 2 or 3 years back.  Needs Tech2 and pairing code.

Ok, thanks TB, I'll try and get the code sorted out, also noticed steering wheel controls don't work either, guessing that could be part of the same deal so will forget that for the time being.  :y

I suspect being a CAN car, any misconfigurations will leave errors all over the place. Certainly I'd expect errors in the CIM.

Steering wheel controls are resistors and switches so not CAN but, could be they are decoded by the same processor circuit that is having a wobble
