Best payg would be lebra to lebra, so I would look at orange and 3, can be purchased online country specific.

Data is the difficulty, but lots of free WiFi,I've found, especially in Mcd, and most restaurant, and shopping areas

mmm. I am probably the very last person on the forum to be asking about mobiles and charges. I managed without one for nine years here. Got one and in two years have made only two calls and received two. I sent a couple of texts but they are besot with predictive Spanish words.

Mrs V has an all singing and dancing smart phone on 3 and it roams for free she says.
