Had one in a Lidl car park in Sussex a couple of years back just ignored it never heard a thing , can't remember the name of the parking outfit ,all scare tactics I reckon.Good luck with yours hope you get a few quid of these morons.

This is now out of date and inappropriate advice as the legal position changed.

Mr Gavs approach is the correct one, hence the positive outcome. :y

essentially I think you need to assess your financial loss ( time, cost etc)  write to the company and demand it, chase it , chase it and explain it will go to court if there is no response then issue court papers...
