As John says, they're a Northern thing. Often refered to as a Baby's head!
Hollands Pies & Puddings, although I have had them from a chippy in Torquay/Paignton once years ago.

Rag puddings are very nice too, if you can find a chippy that does them. Only one I can think of is Sykes's in Swinton. Similar to a steak pudd but made in a roll and steamed in the plastic bag (originally a tea towel hence the name).
