Toad AI606 installation
« on: 24 October 2016, 11:43:24 »

Since my little boy is 21 today, he ordered (me and the missus paid) for one of these from Motorguard for 117 quid which i'm happy with.
Agreement was that when the box of tricks was paid for and signed for, the schematics for his Corsa C cdti and the installation instructions would be sent via email.
Problem is, he can't seem to send a pdf to the lads email address  ::)

Has anybody out in OOF land got the installation / programming sheet and also the 54 plate wiring diagrams for a corsa c cdti handy ?

Ask nicely and I will see if I can find my old manuals from when I used to install Toad and Clifford alarms.

Tell me about it  ::)

Picked one supplier that I have dealt with before for him.
This supplier sends you a code on payment / confirmed delivery so you can download it off his site.

Mini Me then orders off somebody else who turns out to be a total oppswit  ::)

He has his mothers brains I fear .......... :-X

I had a mk4 astra with a clifford concept 650mk2, it was good when it was just installed then all problems

My astra was a pre canbus but it had a few canbus parts
 The bloke had trouble installing the alarm and never told me untill I called him up saying the car was refusing to start

I then needed the aa to remove it from the car. Friendly aa man said whoever installed it butchered the wiring, and the alarm will never work again. What a waste of 260 squids

Typical bad installer. I could scare you with some of the horror stories I have seen.

That is why I do not  it do it anymore, too many people rushing and the people like me who do it properly get accused of taking our time.

I know of 4 good installers, including me (other people's comments, not mine) and we have all given up now.
