Tuesday night in the TB household is fish and chip night (legacy thing, she used to go to Weighidiotchers or some old crap, and get chips on way home ;D)

Don`t talk about chish and fips...i really fancy sum now....suppose i`ll have to make do with the ham cobs i`ve got and a packet of cheese and onion kwisps...... :'( :'( :'( :'( really fancy chips now!!!!!

I used to own a chippy in the 80's

Fish .60p (4oz or £1.05 for 7oz)
Chips .32p
Peas. .20p 40z or .30p 7oz.

....and plenty of salt and vinegar for me! :y :y

As for price  Lk it is reasonable considering we are still consuming cod when the quoters have been so restricted. :(  Supply and demand of the free market I'm afraid.
