I saw this reg today......made me smile  ::)

It was attached to a Merc SL600 V12 twin turbo ....and even with 6litres and twin turbos it could not out accelerate my 2.2  :D  My 2.2 stayed just feet away from his rear bumber at all times  :y

It was the m25 and rushhour, so that MIGHT have had something to do with it  ;D

The DVLA were meant to be trying to eradicate 'naughty' number plates years ago, 'PEN1S in particular, but I've seen quite a few B**LOCKS plates that have slipped through the net.

I also saw one that said TITTIES, but I'm damned if I can remember how it was made up.

Fairly sure you're not allowed the 'I', but nice try.

It's actually a bit of a pastime of mine. I regularly make up words or phrases out of the plates I pass on a long drive.

It helps wyle <sp?> away the hours!!

There was an '60's pop video, (Can't remember what song!), that featured a Cobra with the plate 'RAM 1T'. Loved that one.

And then there was the '90's soap, (Damned if I can remember that one either!), with the Corvette that had the US plate I8A4RE. (I ate a Ferrari!!)  8-)

If it's not that one, I've seen something similar to the SH17 one somewhere on the M1.

No offence to anyone who's got one, but I personally think plates with your initials are lame. I really like plates that say something tho'.

I've always wanted B16 ROD. Dunno why, it just kind'a appeals to me.

(Actually I had the chance of it about 8 years ago, but had other things to spend the £1000 on, so never got it. Wish I'd just taken the plunge!! Similar plates are now £2k+  ::) )
