Brought a cover loader and dog guard 2 weeks ago

Hi all i brought a load cover and dog guard off ebay about 2 weeks ago and still havent got it.I rang the bloke last friday and he said it was sent then a few hours later he email me saying it was sent back to him by royal mail as they said it was wraped up wrong.He they told me that he will resend it monday just gone 1st class but still havent got them.iv tryed ringing him,emailed him and text him and nothing.what do you guys think i should do no leave it for another day or 2 or what

Did he use recorded delivery ?  Royal mail won't consider it lost for a couple of weeks -- but if he isn't responding to mails etc. start an INR dispute with eBay and chargeback through Paypal ( if that's how you paid).  He might have a good reason -- but then he should at least be talking to you !!!

royal mail's had a number of complaints regarding recorded items taking up to 3 weeks in some cases

a car stereo I bought which had indeed been sent out immediately by recorded first class, took 11 days to get to me!!

His feedback is good as a seller -- maybe he's posted it (again) and off on holidays ( this time of year) thinking all is well --- after all RM aren't going to screw up twice .......are they ????? ::)

Think you may have to wait a bit longer before ebay even consider it a non-despatch!
