Update on fault codes
« on: 22 August 2008, 20:55:57 »

I'm wondering if I'm somewhere closer to finding out what's going on.

After using the car for a week, I get the codes:

132   Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Feedback Incorrect signal
33   Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Voltage Low
129   Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Feedback Voltage Low

38   O2 Sensor 1 Circuit Voltage Low

74   Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage High

I pulled up outside the house tonight, EML was flickering fast. read codes - got the above.

Unplugged EGR with engine running - still flickering. Plugged EGR back in.

Unplugged lambda one with engine still running - and as soon as I unplugged it the EML went off.

I'm still inclined to believe it's the lambda, or wiring to..  :-/
And the MAF code is a red herring.

I'll ask Kev to clear the codes this weekend, we'll see what comes back...

Oops. Better find a laptop with a serial port. Unless you can bring one?
