There are some hilarious cartoons / videos etc. doing the rounds about this on Watsapp.
Lates one was a sign on a wall saying Barnard Castle, followed by  half a dozen more underneath each other, with each being smaller than the the one above.
Another shows plod stop a driver and ask if he had been drinking. "Yes, but Im only driving to find out if Im too pissed to drive".

I couldn't name a general shop that sells it round here, it's rumoured to be available in a couple of supermarkets but is sold from under the counter like a shameful jizz mag
