 :-[After changing the battery of the key fob, of my Omega b 2.5 td from 1996, the two LEDs light up again, but it has no effect on closing the doors, it does not recognize it. I believe there is a procedure to reactivate the system. Who can tell me how to proceed? :)

Stand next to the car and keep pressing the remote button until it unlocks the car.

Key in ignition. Ignition on. Press buttons to lock / unlock doors.

Is it the old IR fob, or the newer RF fob?  1995/6 was the cutover period.
