Which is exactly what we should have done to them 9 months ago. ::)
Would have saved tens of thousands of lives in this country.
Well, probably 12 months ago, when it started becoming apparent that it was real, but mostly still in Chow Mein.

And as for the train out of London on Saturday evening, well, every train company should be defranchised. WTF were idiots doing in London on a Saturday anyway?

Doing their Christmas shopping of course!  Didn't you know that's essential?  ::)  :P  ;D
I saw the Oxford Street/Regent Street videos. WTF is wrong with people.

Hello all! Well, I am back from Mallorca after being stranded there since 14th March. 6 flights cancelled since June. I was in Puerto Pollenca at the north of the island where there were very few cases of Covid. We had to wear masks at all times including walking the streets. A far better system than the UK's sloppy system. I flew PMI to LGW then INV. I had a 2.5 hour stop in Gatwick. I was not happy being there at all as quite a few people were wandering around without masks. Mostly our m/e brethren. Both flights were around 80% full and social distancing was out the window. I am now on 10 day quarantine from Thursday when I arrived up here.

On a lighter note the old girl fired up (car) first time. A bit rattly as the oilways were drained after so long. The brakes were a bit on the rusty side though.  :y :y

Just been having a read about this mutation, it's no fickin joke. Just a couple more tweaks and it could escape the vaccine. Eat, drink and be merry, it's later than you think.

You have to die of something. :)

Thanks guys! Weather up here is crap today (Aviemore). My timing is spot on as usual! Nicola Krankie has decided to put the whole of Scotland on Tier 4 on boxing day. Here is me thinking I can get back to near normal by meeting the guys in the pub after Sunday when my 10 days quarantine are up.  :'( :'(.

Glad you made it safely back. Makes my five month exile in Yorkshire look like a weekend away . Might be a long time before you see the sun again. I wonder what tier5 will look like?

Much like Tier 4, only more. Or less. Depending on your point of view... ::)

Well, I think the government will (very) soon have no option but to remove Tier 1 and 2. And probably 3.

I suspect we can expect Uncle Boris to dither until we have no alternative but another full on lockdown though.

Thanks Varche!
No idea when I will get back there. I would have stayed there but I have a couple of health issues which needs to be addressed.
I can see every country in the EU in total lockdown soon with this new strain covid virus on the horizon.

Agreed TB. What a f**kup  :-X :-X
