Whilst in it's own right it's slightly amusing, they are singling out people who happened to attend the rally and subsequent march even if they didn't actually approach the building.
It's not a big stretch to restricting people based on how they are registered to vote.
Imagine being banned from leaving Chatham because you did/didn't vote for Brexit? Or do/don't have an Amazon or Facebook account? Or might once have bought something from a business that did/didn't support a particular ideal?
Because that's where this is going...
That's a real stretch.
Adults should be required to vote. Everybody who understands the process accepts that there's a bloody good chance they won't like the result. I think Brexit is a mistake for a number of reasons, and voted against it. One of those reasons was that nobody who promoted the idea had any idea of what to expect during and after, let alone a plan to achieve their dreams.
What happened to that idiot is a direct result of America's emotional clamour for the Patriot Act and Homeland Security Agency: identify threats and track them. Being part of a mob invading the seat of government immediately after being told to do so by their leader?/figurehead?/oppswit-in-chief is the definition of a specific threat. The HSA is currently picking the low hanging fruit; the idiots who were clearly identifiable or publicly admitting they were there. Some of them, like the elected officials and police who posted pics or video of their involvement, should be top of the list
I agree, but I'm not quite sure how that can be implemented. You can't drag or force people to vote. I also voted remain, but I have never asked for a second vote or suggested the people were 'too thick' to know what they were voting for.
We lost the vote Nick. I think the UK will be fine though.

Jon Sopel the 'woke' lefty the BBC love to employ said of the riot that the Trump supporters were treated with 'kid gloves' despite four people losing their lives.
He then went on to compare that with the BLM riots and looting which he describes as mainly peaceful. He refused to say riot or rioters and instead used the word protesters making them sound like little Greta.
