I was working on a roof of a typical Victorian terrace house this sunny afternoon. 

I had a good view up and down the gardens and there was nobody about, until.....

.... a woman three doors up came out to put her washing out .....   and..... I kid you not...... she was wearing a mask!   

Bizarre.... 

it might not be "her washing" ,could be for an unvaccinated relative , or someone else

she's not hurting anyone wearing a mask is she 

people not wearing masks in supermarkets ,shops etc potentially are

No and I didn't say she was.....  I did wonder about her mental health though.

She could be damaging her own 'well being' by seeing danger everywhere when often where there is none.

It's called catastrophizing. Some people are overly anxious.

She may die of a heart attack before the dreaded lurgy comes for her.

As we don't know why she was wearing a mask ,the state of her mental health , or what dangers where or not present at the time then maybe people shouldn't judge and assume anything 

someone assumed they could keep quiet about leaking a deadly virus
