Agreed, but £270K pa is a bit rich. 150K could maybe be justified, on a results based contract, but if you look at the fine job such people have done so far, I doubt I'd pay more than minimum wage.

Sorry.....but we can't have that. Diversity and inclusion are the buzzwords. Competence and the ability to do the job well are probably racist and 'unwoke'
